Christmas Elf Cupcakes

Items you'll need

1 Cake Mix box (to make 12 to 24 cupcakes)

1 Can of Vanilla cake frosting

Green-colored sugar crystals

Green and red edible beads

1 pack of green foil cupcake liners

6-12 Christmas Elf Cupcake Toppers (can be purchased on line)

Directions:

Place green foil baking cups into cupcake pan.

Prepare cake batter according to instructions on cake mix box.

Pour batter into each baking cup at least 2/3 full for each cup.

Bake in oven according to instructions on box.

When baking time is complete, remove pan from oven. Let cool.

Frost each cupcake with Vanilla frosting. Sprinkle each cupcake with green sugar crystals.

Place a Christmas Elf on the top of each cupcake in the center. Sprinkle red and green edible pearls around the elf.
